In his role as Quality Assurance Centre of Expertise Lead, Nish is responsible for the Quality Assurance strategy, standards, and guidelines for IT initiatives at the Canada Post Group of Companies. Nish also leads our Service Integration and Management (SIAM) activities. Nish brings over 20 years of experience in managing large scale application development programs, leading digital and agile transformations, and implementing business improvement practices. Nish has been with Innovapost since 2008 and has held increasingly senior leadership positions. Prior to joining Innovapost, Nish worked with Dell Canada and held senior management positions with reputed international organizations. Nish holds a Bachelor of Engineering Degree and Master of Business Administration Degree from S P University, India.
