Djuna Penn of Innovapost to Present Best Practices in Change Management at the 2009 Ontario University Registrars’ Association Conference – February 23, 2009

“Managing change is a challenging aspect of life in all organizations,” said Djuna Penn, a senior consultant with more than 10 years experience assisting organizations with technology changes. “Organizations making technology changes face some specific challenges, including users’ high expectations for improvements and clients’ low tolerance for service interruptions.”
Ms. Penn will give an overview of key considerations and provide a framework for understanding and managing organizational change. The presentation is part of the three-day OURA 2009 Conference—to be held in Ottawa, at the Marriott Hotel, 100 Kent Street.
